金属包装行业最具权威的Metpack展会在德国埃森成功举办。以三年为一届的Metpack展会是国际金属包装行业最重要的技术交流和新研发产品的展示平台。每一届展会都吸引着众多制罐行业精英前往参与。在这一届展会中，新宜公司联手广州卓诚贸易公司向外界展示了现今中国金属包装科技的发展进程。

新宜公司本次展会重点展出具有跨越性的新产品—塑料提手点焊机。该设备突破传统工艺，适用于2-5L圆罐的提梁自动化点焊。其将塑料提手冲制成型、提手焊耳位冲孔、焊耳点焊融为一体。使用特殊的小焊耳及卷料式塑胶带，在设备上直接冲剪成型并焊接，有效节省了材料及人工成本。   

通过塑料提手点焊机的展出，新宜再一次向外界传达了其持续不断的创新理念。这台速度高达60罐/分钟的点焊提手机成功的引起了来宾们和制罐设备同行们的注意，并有多家制罐厂商现场洽谈和订购。

YDT-60S was First Shown in Metpack Exhibition

In May of 2017, the most authoritative exhibition for the international metal packaging industry – Metpack launched successfully in Essen, Germany. For a long time, Metpack has always been the center for innovation and a communication platform of metal packing technologies. Undisputedly,the great opportunities which are created by Metpack will drive the attention of leading companies in the industry. This year, Shinyi cooperated with Jorson Trading Company to demonstrate the development of Chinese metal packaging technologies to the world.  

In the duration of the exhibition, Shinyi was focus on promoting their latest automatic plastic handle forming and ear welding machine –YDT-60S. This machine had broken the traditional technologies, targeting at the automatic handle welding of 2-5L round cans. It combines the processes of plastic handle shape-punching, ear hole punching and ear welding. By using small welding ears and coiled adhesive belts, this machine is able to integrate the procedures of punching and welding, effectively lowered material and labor cost. Additionally, with the speed of 60cans/min, YDT-60S had surpassed the average speed of welding machine in China.

The exhibition of YDT-60S assisted Shinyi to express their spirit of persistent innovativeness. As a result, Shinyi received high admiration from visitors and peers.
