该设备集塑料提手冲制成型、提手焊耳位冲孔、焊耳点焊为一体，突破传统生产工艺，使用“铆钉”式焊耳及卷料式塑胶带，在设备上直接冲剪成型并焊接（产品已通过国家检测部门验证），大大节省了材料及人工成本，采用凸轮搬送、凸轮传动、电缸送料，配合西门子运动控制系统，使设备作业精度更高更具柔性化，在高速运转的同时具备良好的稳定性。

Product Introduction

This machine is combined plastic handle shape-punching,ear welder hole punchingtogether with ear welding,which breaks through traditional production process,uses"rivet"type welding ear and coiltype plastic belt which punching into shape and welding(this product have already passed Country validation testingdepartment),it saves not only material,but also the labor cost. The machine adopts cam moving,cam transmission,feeding with electric cylinder and Siemens moving control system to make it run precision highly,flexible and goodstability with high speed.
