Product Introduction

YHZD-40D大方罐全自动生产线，最高生产速度可达到40罐／分钟。该生产线采用纯机械式凸轮传动、凸轮送罐、凸轮抱罐、速度连续可调；采用抽夹式翻边及先进的卷封技术，确保卷封效果紧密、美观；整线采用机台拼接形式，再配合总线运动控制系统，不仅节省空间且同步性能更高，配置有卡罐保护装置，令生产过程安全流畅快速同时保证了罐身卷封质量。

YHZD-40D full-auto production line for 18L square can. The maximum speed is 40cpm. This line adopts purely mechanical cam transmission, cam conveying can, cam holding can, and makes the speed continuously adjustable.Using grip flanging and advanced seaming technology, it makes the seaming result tight and nice. The whole line uses machines joint and flexible control system, not only saving space, but also performing higher synchronization.With protection device for can jam, it makes the production process run safely, smoothly & fast, and ensures theseaming quality in the meantime.
