Product Introduction

YHZD-30D大方罐全自动生产线，最高生产速度可达到30罐／分钟。采用抽夹式翻边、封罐部分采用气动吸盖装置，对罐盖适用性更强；整线采用纯机械式凸轮传动、凸轮送罐、凸轮抱罐、速度连续可调；机台拼接形式，再配合柔性化控制系统，同步性能高，配置有卡罐保护装置，令生产过程安全 流畅快速同时保证了罐身卷封质量。

YHZD-30D full-auto production line for 18L square can. The maximum speed can reach 30cpm. Using grip flanging and pneumatic sucking lid in seaming part, it's more applicable for lids. This line adopts purely mechanical cam transmission,cam conveying can, cam holding can, and makes the speed continuously adjustable. The whole line uses machines joint and flexible control system to perform higher synchronization. With protection device for can jam, it makes the production process run safely, smoothly & fast, and ensures the seaming quality in the meantime.
